The rule
NBA times are usually listed in US Eastern time (ET). The Philippines doesn't change its clocks, but the US does, so the gap moves twice a season:

Games are almost always the next morning in the Philippines: a Tuesday night game in New York is a Wednesday morning game in Manila.
